Coming from USA with only one quick overnight in Nice, with very little time to visit unfortunately. This hotel fit that purpose perfectly. Has a hip, young person vibe. Kind staff. Simple, small, clean with nice breakfast and easy walking access to train station. Was quiet for us even with train station and street nearby. Long walk to the ATM at the CCF Bank down by the water but the exchange rate had no markup and no transaction fees, unlike all other bank (banque) in the area (we tried 4 others). I would stay again. There's a sister hotel next door that looked a lit bit fancier if needed.

Room very spacious and affordable, fantastic location next to the main square, easy to get on trams and walk around the town.
Very good amenities in the room with kettle, stove, microwave and large fridge.
Staff very pleasant and helpful keeping us informed about door code changes.
