Nicely appointed rooms… a bit small but comfortable. Close to subway and shops/restaurants of sodermalm… Good breakfast.

The breakfast at the Clarion was EXCELLENT and the lady greeting us each morning at the entrance to the breakfast room was very warm and welcoming. The food selection was outstanding [it included a separate station with gluten-free fare!] and the view from the breakfast room was superb. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway/transit station and the surrounding neighbourhood seemed very safe. The only drawback was that our hotel room was quite small and dark, as and the window was literally right beside a major highway (though fortunately we couldn't hear any traffic noise). Overall, however, it was a great place to stay in Stockholm.

Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had! Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!

For the price, the accomodation was great! It was in a nice area and easily accessible by public transport. The room itself was a bit outdated. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the sheets were quite thin (perfect for summer!) as well as the towels. Bathrooms were pretty standard. There was no one ever at the reception which is why I gave it 4 stars. I like having someone manning the hotel I am staying at, however, overall, pretty good stay! Would recommend for friend travelling together or even solo travellers.

Overall the hotel is nice and clean and good location. The staff were very nice and overall helpful. I am disappointed by a situation. The family room as advertised stated sleeps 4 and pictures a bunk bed. When we arrived we were told the bunks were only for certain age and would not accommodate our teenage children. The attendant was able to get us a room that actually slept 4 but we were unable to secure a room the second night. Part of this is my fault because I booked the room for 2 (accidentally, how I always do it with my family). Seems like confusion on both sides. I think som amount of refund for the second night would have been appropriate.
