Excellent Location and very helpful staff. General area and rooms are very clean and spacious. wifi reception is very good and fast. unfortunately no bar but the lounge is open for hot drinks all the time.

The location was very close to Public Transit... Metro & train stn was an easy walk. Bus stop outside the front door. Felt very safe walking in the area. Our Grand kids loved the games area. Could not rate any higher because of some issues (3) which could have been "one of's" but still annoying to us to have to deal with.

As a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable here. The location is nice because it feels like it’s on a residential street so it’s quiet, but walkable to the city center and sites.
The staff was very kind and they even offered early check in and a breakfast. They have a cute garden area in the back and free coffee and tea downstairs.
The twin single room I stayed in was fairly basic but felt clean and was quiet. I’d say if you’re looking for a comfortable and quiet stay outside of the hustle and bustle this hotel is a great choice!
