We are Platinum members with Expedia we chose this property because it was VIP for Expedia members. Wrote an email months in advance, asked them if they could upgrade us because that is one of the perks VIP Platinum members if it's available and they did have plenty of space it was slow season they told me they would but didn't. I had used The Majestic chain somewhere else we got a really good room. It was just not the same experience received a small room not next to the main pool like I had asked, no coffee shop no salmon on any of the restaurants during lunch. Not what I was expecting.

Our stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautiful, luxurious, and the perfect place to relax while still having plenty of activities to enjoy. We especially loved the heated luxury pools, which were gorgeous and incredibly relaxing. The fully equipped gym and workout area was impressive, and my daughter and I also enjoyed spending time together in the dance and yoga room—a great addition to the resort’s wellness amenities. The restaurants were fabulous, and every dining experience added something special to our stay. A very special shout-out goes to Angel De Jesus, our waiter at Davino Italian Bistro. His exceptional service, warm personality, and attention to detail helped make my daughter’s birthday dinner truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make her feel celebrated, and it became one of the highlights of our trip! From the beautiful grounds and pools to the wellness spaces, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality, Villa del Palmar Cancun exceeded our expectations. We created some wonderful mother-daughter memories here and would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable Cancun getaway!
