Nice rooms. Restaurant was soft opening, which was unfortunately unavailable

The room was exactly like The photo, very spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly. I would stay again because of the room and location, food : the restaurants are pretty fancy and there is no room service or breakfast options ,I think if they had some sort of food service like they offered on the beach it would make the stay even better.

Room was spotless. Housekeeping did a great job. The hotel was very helpful when it came to a 3rd party decorating the room.

This hotel is the typical expression of “used to be” definitely needs some serious work, everything is dated, not a beach front and very expensive in compare with other options in the area, the only good things is how closed it is to the only area you can swim at Condado beach, I would not recommend this hotel

Rooms were nicely updated the staff was friendly and service was good Golf courses were subpar, without the rain they were average but with the rain unplayable.

Very nice. Pretty beach. Comfy amenities. We loved service on beach and the outdoor bistro for dinner.
