This hotel is a get what you pay for experience. Overall we were happy and would likely stay there again given the price and its location for easy access to Metro stations and downtown areas. Some negatives are the pool was very small and the whole area around the pool is rundown and outdated. Our kids swam each day but not a highlight of the hotel. Rooms were fairly clean but windows were brutally dirty and hard to see out of. We stayed on the condo side, which was confusing to access at first, but we eventually figured it out. It was a long hike down elevators and back to the main lobby if you wanted, water ice, etc. Staff were fairly friendly and took care of anything we needed immediately such as request for extra soap and towels, etc. Main lobby was clean and well kept. If you’re looking for a 4+ star, this is not the place but again we liked it for the location and price.

Very long lines at Reception at all hours. Waited over 30 minutes to check in. The room was prepaid but they required a $200 per night hold on credit card which they failed to remove for several days after checkout, required a phone call to get it removed. Bed was worn out, mattress very uncomfortable.
