"I stayed with a family member in the beginning of my uk trip and things got bad’ then I had to scam for a last minute hotel so I stumbled upon the ibis which is close to the hotel and you can get the tube straight into London also it was a budget hotel so not fancy but clean and had the basics and the staff was nice I would stay here again"

" This was a business trip and the location was ideal for the location I was working. Overall the hotel represents value for money. You get what you pay for. The most annoying and disappointing part of the stay was that only one lift was working out of two. This has happened previously with the same lift being out of order. As there were three coach loads of guests at the hotel it was quite challenging to access and egress the lift. Ibis should really sort this out as it seems to be a recurring...

"Safety bar over Bath was loose and unsafe and once handled became detached from the wall, this is potentially a critical H&S failure and could result in an injury."

"Stylish hotel in a very central location (steps away from the Cenral line) made for a fun stay. This along with friendly and helpful staff. Watch your ankles as you walk around the room though. Those bed corners are sharp!"

"Hotel check in was excellent, we arrived early and the staff were so accommodating and took our bags so we could go off and enjoy our stay. Breakfast was good and we got 20% discount for booking the night before. Even though check out was 12 noon we could still leave our bags for the rest of the day. Room was very clean and even though we only stayed 2 nights we were given fresh towels every day. Would stay at hotel again without any hesitation."

"It was really good and comfortable. Parking was free for the night and i loved the overall vibe. Near to food places and train station. Clean rooms, temperature control in room with iron and hairdryer already in room. "

"Holiday Inn Express in Hammersmith is a busy, friendly hotel. The rooms aren't large but they're comfortable, just off King Street close to restaurants and 10 minutes from the underground. Breakfast is very busy so go early or late, but for London it's reasonable budget value. Lots of families but usually quiet. I've stayed several times and it's fine. "
