"It was a basic compact room, which had all the requirements for a brief overnight stay. The shower was a little restricted for my size, and the bed was also small-ish, but as our occupancy was about 12 hours, it was fine. The location was very convenient for Paddington station, which was perfect."

On check in we were not upgraded even though we had VIP status and we were not informed of the 20% discount on the restaurant. They say they have smart TVs but there is no netflix to sign into and no option to connect an Amazon fire stick. I called reception to ask for assistance but they said they didnt know which was disappointing. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. "

"It works well if you need a place to stay before you fly. You'll hear planes coming and going of course, but the double windows do a good job drowning the noise out. Just make sure they are both closed."

"The hotel is fine. We have stayed here before and like it as it is close to Heathrow. The only issue is the shuttle service to Heathrow is through an agency that the hotel contracts with so it is pricey compared to Uber "

"The onsite restaurant was fantastic! The front desk was very helpful with advice. The location was perfectly suitable to a night's sleep before heading to the airport. A 3rd party shuttle service, taxi or very quick Uber service make geting to the terminal very easy"
