"Wasn’t expecting much but for one night it was perfect and all we needed. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Even let us order a Deliveroo to reception in the early hours of the morning! The room was basic but all we needed. Hotel was very clean and room too. Three single beds in one room was exactly what we needed. The water was hot which was great! The doors, decor and carpet were dated but a very clean and tidy hotel. Shop in the hotel ridiculously expensive!! Only let down was the sink in...

"Excellent hotel, we were a bit dissapointed that there was no A/C, but I called about it and a fan was sent to the room and the young man who brought it was very kind and helped us opening the window because we couldnt figure out how to open it. Overall, very good experience."

"I may be bias: I have stayed there many times. Just ordered a general room and they gave me an older suite. More room and air conditioning. You could close the windows. Generally there is much noise on the outside....not a problem with the AC. Staff friendly. They are remodeling many rooms isolated no noise near my room. For the price, I would recommend."

"Overnight stay before flying out early the following day. Not expensive, room value for money, basic but did the job. Food and drink was good, great service. Highly recommend taking the pods to Terminal 5."

"It was so far from Terminal 5 to terminal 2 where the hotel located . I am handicapped I didn’t know it would that far walking. I recommend if you are handicapped take a taxi from terminal 5 to terminal 2. Overall the hotel is excellent. "

"Conveniently located to Heathrow. The hotel is a fun vibe when you walk in. Thou the man checking us in looked less than thrilled to be there and didn't have a great attitude. The room was updated and quiet. "

"The room was even smaller than we had expected but nevertheless contained all of the advertised features. Although our room had a double bed, it was, necessarily, pushed against a wall so that one could only get in or out on one side. We deliberately selected a room without a window to try and reduce external noise: this seemed to work. "

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "
