"I little further away from city centre, where we wanted to be. Ok hotel, but over priced for what it is. Restaurants near there are over priced. We did find a lovely pizza place near by called pizza punks. We can recommend it for a meal. Nice shampoo and conditioner in bathroom and comfy bed."

"Our room was very nice and looked clean. The garden views were lovely.The bathroom needs attention. The toilet was wobbly. We only had one hand towel and one shower gel. The bath towels would have fitted my 3 year old granddaughter. In the corners of the bath there were bad mould stains. It really didn't look nice at all. "Situated above a really cool pub, with a free beer on arrival. Negatives view from window was a wall and and ally. Not much could be helped about it though. Parking was on street in a slightly rougher street. Overall a good stay for the budget price. "

"Like staying in a castle! The stone building is around 350 years old. I was prepared for it to be cold in the room with the slate floor but I was perfectly comfortable. However, there were heaters there to use if needed - including a heated towel rack in the bathroom! No breakfast included which suited us since we had an early flight out of Belfast. Everything is provided to make nice cups of tea. This will be our most memorable stay of the 2 weeks on the island. Lots of lovely character! "

"Great bargain B&B. Shared bathroom is clean. Great shower pressure. Rosemary is an amazing host - hospitable and so friendly. We arrived really late at night and she was kind enough to feed us as there didn’t seem to be a lot of late night food options in the area. Easy to find street parking. Bus stop into downtown Belfast is just across the street. About a 30min bus ride to center of city. (Tip: buy a day pass for the bus via the mLink app, £3.70). "

"Carol was an amazing host and had a wonderful home that she welcomed us into. The room was comfortable and made for a great first stop after an overnight flight. Breakfast each day was awesome and full of options! It’s also incredibly convenient to the ferry that takes you to Cairnyarn, Scotland. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit limited but not uncommon in areas like this. Just find a space and avoid the double yellow lines!"
