Hotel was nice, breakfast was very good, especially hash browns. There is a big retail park just across the street. Convenient stay. Visiting nearby Lough Neagh requires either a long walk or some form of transportation.

We stayed at the Copthorne as part of a multi trip itinerary (Canada to London, Belfast, and Reykjavik) while visiting relatives. There was no safe in the room; but, other than that, everything about our experience at this hotel was five star!

Staff really helpful and friendly. Made to feel very welcome from point of arrival to departure. Excellent breakfast too. Lots of good opportunities for a quick bite to eat just over the road as well as a few supermarkets and shopping centre.

Great stay but the forgot to put any hand soap or a third cup as it was family roomeven after we adked at the desk. Everything else was great and breakfast was fantastic would stay there again!👍

Nice hotel

Good hotel ,friendly staff ,breakfast really good ,nice room,you have to remember to turn the radiator knob at the bottom rt hand side on to increase temperature of radiator ,bathroom shower room well thought out ,only slight issue the connector of the shower,(the pipe) was releasing water from underneath the mixer bar ,so the shower head was only receiving 50 % of the water so no pressure ,I mentioned it to the receptionist and she said very wittily so you only had half a shower then! Brilliant ,I would definitely recommend staying here ,
