Too many stairs. Didn't stay in a cottage, so I can't say if they're accessible or not."

"We're repeat offenders. Several stays. Cyndy's a wonderful person. She makes access to Carmel-by-the sea, possible. This was our honeymoon spot (Carmel) in 1974. Fifty years later, we've made the venture several times. The rooms are clean; showers have strong pressure. Atmosphere is positive. Staff is ready to aid you. And once again, Cyndy provides comfort to the trip."

No frills, but clean, quiet, laminate floors and dog friendly. There is also a gas fireplace in the room which we enjoy. We've stayed in most of the hotels in this little neighborhood and Deer Haven is one of our preferred."
