"Grounds are big and beautiful! Lots of wildlife and beauty....Everyone we met was very friendly, room service especially surprised me. Lots of stuff to do for kids!! Mini zoo, water park, pool, indoor play area and an "ok" beach for playing in the sand. Food was survivable at the buffet. Slightly better at restaurants. Drinks at bars were lackluster. Beer was fine. Biggest issue for me was sanitation. That many kids in the buffets and pool areas make for germ city! And there were literally...

"I love everything only one problem was some staff in the American country restaurant had favorites when it came to bath suits they made us go and change when others had same similar bath suits on other than that it’s a great place I would go back love the bar staff at pool they was great to me and my sister and friends we made nice place we enjoyed RIU "

"Lovely property with lots of activities and amazing pools. Near the Spa is the quiet area & lazy pool that loops around the property. Great for sunning on floats and keeping cool from the heat. Recommend the Spa for total relaxation. Will be back!"
