"All welcoming friendly hotel, with a great atmosphere! They dealt promptly with some noisy/disruptive people, which was reassuring. However, we witnessed a group reporting suitcases having been stolen from their room on the evening of their arrival, with all clothing/passports/money having being taken from a 6th floor room! The staff did not seem to respond favourably, and they weren't taking this seriously- concerning!!"

"The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. "

"Wonderful apartment. Spacious and a massive terrace. Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets all present. A nice touch. Unfortunately the big pool was closed but the other pools were open, so no big issue. I can recommend the apartments, make sure you have a car to get around. "

"Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work"

"This is a noisy area, including aqua aerobics around the pool every day and music in the front and back of the hotel. So if you want to be in that sort of area, it's great. Room was soundproof but there was no air conditioning. We were led to believe access to the spa was included but it was an extra 17 euros per entry. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great and generally we had a good time. "

"Lovely place, however there were many issues dealing with the front desk staff. They were lacking in knowledge of the property and handling the needs of the guests. Our room Wifi issues were met with excuses and "just go to the lounge". They said we could book the a la carte restaurant as part of our package, but it had been closed for some time. "Apartment was amazing, the spiral staircase to the second bedroom and en-suite with the huge corner bath was a bonus. Only minor negative which didn’t really impact our stay but was annoying at chill time was the tv was tiny and placed away from the sofa. Hotel was only 15 min walk to los christianos beach, 20 min walk to Veronica’s. Large Supermarket was opposite for all you need if self catering. "

"We booked a suite with a hot tub and two balconies, which was great. Lovely hotel with buffet breakfast . More than meets your needs. The buffet dinner was as good with plenty of offer. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and most helpful. The room was spotless and could find no faults. Very central location. Close to beaches , restaurants and bars. Within about 4 km you have top brand name shops."
