This room had a sofa with twin mattress tucked underneath. To sleep, the mattress was pulled out so that someone is sleeping on the floor. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the lights on each side of the mirror in the room had no bulbs. We were moved three times before being placed in our original room. One room that we were given was already occupied by someone else. Staff was quite unorganized and seemed not to know what was going on.

The Hotel was ideal for what we wanted and a fabulous location. The only criticism I would have is .... only one bar of soap ( no shower gel, shampoo etc ) and no hairdryer! Having travelled down to London on the train I tried to travel 'Light' and assumed there would be a hairdryer in the room. Panic Panic Panic.... No hairdryer. The rooms were basic but were suitable for our stay as you don't go to London to spend all your time in your room! Bit basic but would stay again no problem (and take my hairdryer with me).

Hotel was very nice. Good value for money. Location was a little further away from Wembley Stadium than expected, however tube stations were located very close by so travelling around was ok. Had a very enjoyable stay.

I stayed on my own from 11 October for 5 nights & would happily stay there again. All staff bent over backwards to ensure I felt welcome to ask for any assistance I needed. Particularly noteworthy was the reliable communication between staff from one shift to the next. I stayed in wheelchair accessible room 105, just a short corridor from Reception & Cafe Bar. It's a corner room at rear with adequate turning space, overlooking trees & furthest (quietest) end of car park. I found the bed evenly sprung & comfortable with a sufficiently firm edge for transfers. Wet room had numerous grab rails + 2 coat hooks on wall at different heights, a drop-down seat in shower area, shower curtains & height-adjustable shower head + emergency cords there & next to bed. Bed bases had 14 cm high cut-outs for any portable hoist. Accessible from my wheelchair were the open-plan wardrobe rail (132 cm off the ground), electric sockets, lights switches, window & curtains, full-length wall mirror & easily controlled heating panel. 2 security peepholes in door, 1 at wheelchair user height. No phone in the room but staff gave me telephone number for Reception to use from my mobile phone. I had only a light breakfast so can't comment on the cooked meals there.
all aspects of stay was superb, all staff friendly, room spotless, only downside was that me and my girlfriend were on 6th floor and room was uncomfortably hot opened window in room but didnt make any difference we didnt sleep a great deal was told on checkout that we could have got a fan from reception could i respectfully suggest that reception should mention this to guests when they arrive not when they leave
