"This hotel is in the middle of tourist area. There's nothing but hotels and tourist bars and shops. And of course the wonderful beach and sea. The hotel itself is okay, not great. I found the interiors to be not so cozy but more a bit clinical, but with comfy couches and chairs. The staff seemed to be young with different level of quality in English. And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request.

Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
