"The staff was friendly and smiling. The breakfast was tasty and we appreciate that the staff checked regularly if we needed something. A big shopping centre was just a few steps from the hotel including supermarkets. We recommend this hotel without hesitation ❤"

"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. Otherwise all is awesome thank you All. Danke schon!!!"
"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima.
De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer.
Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"Im Großen und Ganzen ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir waren dort zu Gast, als das Hotel eigentlich wegen Urlaub geschlossen war. Wir wussten das vorher. Es war alles gut organisiert, gab auch täglich Frühstück für die Hotelgäste. Da das Restaurant ansonsten geschlossen war, gab es auch keine Getränke. "Studio apartment assigned to me was not as shown on the profile picture. Humble suggestion, property needs to take photos of rooms offered so customers know what to expect. Also, air conditioning systems in foyer are greatly needed as the summer heat is intense and customers could do with a nice cool and soothing atmosphere when they step in the foyer heading up to their rooms. overall, my stay was great. Apartment was very self-contained, ample availability of power sockets was an added bonus. The property is very conveniently located as major places of interest are in walkable distances and there are endless choices or bars, restaurants, shops and ice cream joints. Salzburg airport is about 5 to 10 mins drive (awesome), the train station, Salzburg Hbf is about 10 mins walk from Master Mirabell. Finally, the remote team are amazing. They're prompt with responses to customer enquiries. I particularly loved the fact the hotel provides mobility tickets (which are free) for passengers who wish to travel by train from Salzburg to neighbouring towns/cities and within half an hour of providing info required for this to the team, my ticket was emailed and i was able to use it to visit the Burg Hohenwerfen the next day. I would definitely recommend Master Mirabell and would also stay there again on my next trip. The team are consistent with communication and very prompt in responding to enquiries. Really helpful and friendly bunch. "
"The room decor was very nice with music note carpeting as an homage to “The Sound of Music”. The reviews said walkable from train station but it was a fair distance and not too straightforward. We managed but just be aware. We felt we received great value for the price and front staff were lovely and accommodating. "
