"I was very unhappy with this condo, and the whole trip. Number one, this room is advertised as oceanfront- it is not - it overlooks a campground, the ocean is off in the distance. 2 - is was not that nice for the money - the kitchen was dated and the fridge was rusty on the side and it wasn’t very clean. And the biggest problem was we got kicked out because of Hurricane Erin. Resort realty told us we had to leave because of a mandatory evacuation, so we only had one day and had to pack up...

"Very peaceful and right on the beach! We could lay in bed and watch the sunrise every morning which was amazing. The jaccuzi was wonderful too! Make sure to not rent this house if you have any mobility issues. You have to walk over a sand dune to get to the house which is quite a workout getting all of your luggage in/out. Nothing anyone can help or change though, and it was lovely feeling so remote. We will definitely be renting this house again! Thank you!"

The community rooms of the house really promote a sense of being together without being on top of each other. And the beach is right outside the door! The management was very responsive. "This was our first time in the outer banks and it did not disappoint! The Shark Shack was clean, organized and we enjoyed our stay. We never found the community pool, but we enjoyed the beach and the location just the same. I would definitely recommend this place."
