"We came to Eustis to hike, but were interrupted by the rain. The cabin rescued the weekend. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We found everything we needed to enjoy a cozy weekend. The fireplace even added ambiance to our Scrabble game. It was only us and our dogs, but the cabin could have easily held more adults or children. The rain prevented us from enjoying the fire pit and lawn area, but the property was huge and very private. "We had a wonderful time in spite of gray skies and rain. The cabin was cozy and we loved hearing the ducks in the morning and the loon in the evening. Even had a family of deer with 2 fawns in the yard eating apples. Being right on the water was great for relaxing and enjoying the quiet which was what I needed! Walked into town in between rain showers, ate a lot of good food and ice cream! Would definitely come back again!"

"The cabin was centrally located and a great fit for what we needed. We were a group of five and that seemed like a perfect number for the space (although theoretically I think it can sleep ten). If you plan to cook for larger groups you should bring some of your own pots and pans, and paper plates and utensils (the kitchen does have some things, but not enough for cooking for more than 3-4 ppl). Overall a great stay! The fire pit and river views were lovely. "
