"The property was the perfect introduction to Iceland for me. The property has a unique and beautiful character to it. It's obviously a labor of love. It's also kept and maintained well. And its location allows me to enjoy the ocean up close and revel in its isolated location, ideal for viewing Aurora. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This experience was a little different in that we never met any staff at the facility. They leave you a key in a lockbox which was easy to use. The bathrooms are not in the hotel room. They are in a different hallway but each private and VERY clean. We didn't really mind it at all. Our room had a weird slant on one side so we kept bumping our heads on the ceiling there, as the head of our beds were on that slant side too. The hallways can get noisy when people are walking through as we were on...

"The two men I dealt with were wonderfully helpful. I was the physical plant that was below standard. There were no drawers or shelves. There were only 6 pegs on the wall with 3 hangers. There were two electrical outlets; one at the bathroom sink and one by the floor behind a door. But there was no where but the sink or the floor to put what I was charging. There was one wooden chair, but no table ."

"I don’t have any complaints - staff were great, breakfast buffet was awesome. Room was clean as was the shared washrooms. It was less then a 10min walk to various restaurants, pubs and stores. Definitely worth considering when traveling to Keflavik. "
