"Hotel is older, rooms are good size for being in New York city. Good customer service but no daily room service. Good sausage but hash brown don't feel fresh and crunchy. Love the big selection for breakfast though. Roof top patio is not inviting and well kept. Carpet looks old"

"We had a very nice stay in our suite with two adults, two teens. The rooms are on the larger side for NYC, and comfortable. Air conditioning very good. The best things about the hotel are its location and great staff. The front desk folks were great and Jeff really helped me get through the issues with booking cars. Thanks very much, Jeff! "We came an early 8am because of our flight. Drop the bags to the doorman. Checkin was fast at 3pm. Boutique hotel, close to madness of time square but very quiet. We did not hear a sound and slept well. The doorman was very pleasant spoke Spanish and English. I expected the room to be small with kind of a closet bathroom. I was wrong. Room was spacious enough for our stay. Bed and pillow were comfortable. I loved the bathroom. Very elegant and functional. Don’t even worry that hotel don’t serve...

"Great location for getting around. Hotel is newer so everything seems cleaner. Has kitchen but only 1 office chair, which isn’t very functional and very uncomfortable. Two smaller kitchen chairs would have worked well, they is room for them! Breakfast was just okay and always big lineups, between 6-7 am is best but still lineups. Rooftop at hotel is beautiful, but drinks are way over priced. Location is the best thing about this hotel!"

"Our stay was good. Amazing location, within walking distance to so much… Times Square, subway stations, broadway shows, hundreds of restaurants, and not too far to walk to Central Park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and as expected, but it was cold. Heat didn’t work so they brought us a space heater. Made all the difference. Not perfect, but overall a great place to stay. I would stay again. "

There is a car service available to go to the airport when you leave which was very much appreciated and less expensive than the Cab ride to the hotel!
