The host was very helpful as we had a few questions. We communicated thru WhatsApp and she was very easy to talk to. We left our firestick at the property and she shipped it back to us for free! Very gracious host and wonderful property!"

"The host was unfriendly and hadn't turned heat on so was very cold. Kitchen and bathroom had no heat. Terrible shower and refrigerator was worthless owner told us a stick in the freezer. Even her son said this was a nuisance. I would stay at West Cork Hotel in Skiberean again never again at Rineen."
