"We enjoyed talking to the staff, very friendly. Very clean rooms, gym could use a little wiping down on machine handles a little sticky. Loved the stay, one comment would be nice to have had blackout shades because the lights outside the room were coming in from the garden area and prefer darker sleeping conditions. I do recommend staying here though. "

"Check in and out was simple, parking valet was great, & the front desk was professional. The room was clean, nice, great bed& amenities. The center garden area was quaint with a nice restaurant. Convenient location to many tourist attractions, we went to a concert at the Troubadour which was a 5 minute walk away. The only negative was the housekeeping staff was very loud on Sunday morning starting at 8am so we were woken up early to banging around and very loud voices. Other than that it was a...

Parking: parking was included which was a huge plus Room: room was great, some items could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly but overall good. Housekeeping: no housekeeping was done the two nights we stayed. Not sure why Cons: elevator broken, room was not tidied, Huge construction site next to building, noisy in early morning even with windows closed"

"I stayed for 3 days and I wasn’t expecting much due to the other reviews. It’s not a huge 5 star hotel but it was quiet and I was comfortable. The room was a little small but overall still comfortable. It wasn’t the best view outside. The staff were great, check in was simple and they placed a hold of $100 on my card which was removed the day after I left (other hotels kept the hold for days/weeks)."
