"Evening desk staff was excellent! He graciously helped me with all my issues. Morning and night desk staff were also helpful. Overall the two rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit expensive for me for a longer visit. Thanks!"

"Room was very nice! Bed was too firm for my preference due to low back arthritis. Not their fault! Shower spray was a bit weak, but otherwise the room was perfect with a great view and A/C. The staff was fabulous!! They were all so nice, friendly, and accommodating! Loved the rooftop bar!! Bartenders were great! And the area was decorated so nicely! Drinks were the BEST! Especially the Jane Birkin with cucumber! Location was excellent! Close to attractions and restaurants! Walkable! Definitely recommend! "

"The room was big and clean, and the location of the hotel is perfect for walking to Hollywood Boulevard and sunset strip, didn’t need to Uber once my whole trip . The front desk staff was very helpful with everything I needed and even offered a later check out. Will be back next time I come to LA ! "

"We had a wonderful 2-day stay at the Loews Hotel. The location is excellent — just steps away from Hollywood Blvd, with a metro station conveniently located within meters of the hotel, making it very easy to get around. Our room had a beautiful view of the iconic Hollywood sign, which was a lovely touch. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly arranging a crib and kettle upon request for our 9-month-old. A very special thank you to Harmon, the porter, who was exceptionally kind and great with kids. He assisted us with our bags on both days and went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"
