"This place is great! I booked a quad room for me & my family; we were all comfortable and cozy :) The front desk staff was SO friendly! The room itself was clean, the hotel was safe, lots of things to do there & in the surrounding area. I'll always stay here when visiting DTLA!"

"Checking in- 1 employee only... we waited 15 in line to check in. Then she was dismissive and had attitude when I asked a few questions. As we walked from the lobby to the halls someone obviously had just smoked a ton of weed. Our Executive Room- not worth choosing. No hand soap, no water to drink in the room. ALL night you hear the ambulances with their loud sirens going up and down the streets.Then I want to take a shower and the shower handle is shut tight. We paid for the buffet breakfast. There was lots of choices. Fresh fruit and they even brought our own container of coffee so we could refill. Was pleased with breakfast. Walking thru the door they give you a handout about the history of the hotel and a map of the layout of all the big rooms but when you go to check it out most are locked up. However the hallway with all the old pictures were interesting. We definitely would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, but if you are in the area it would be interesting to walk thru. Also paying $55.00 for 1 night of parking is absurd."

"Staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious. The hotel is beautiful and upscale environment for any event. Go and enjoy downtown Los Angeles in style."

"Staff was extremely rude, went to get a bagel in the morning and was refused because they were starting to clean up. We just wanted to bring it to the room and was told no. The door to our room was impossible to get into. Literally took us about 20 tries to get the key to work. Parking is terrible very tight squeeze so if you have a lifted truck or anything big like that good luck. "
