"This hotel is a gem! Quiet, comfortable, super clean, had easy access from the metro. The room was wonderful as well as the staff. Our room came with a buffet breakfast which was very good - a varied selection of meats, cheeses, cereals yoghurt, eggs, fruit, breads - delicious! As a guest, you’ll be given a pass for free local public transport as described by the staff. The surrounding area is devoid of tourists, but is in an area with medical facilities nearby. "We were assigned to room 204 even though the hotel was not full. Directly below our room is a bar that plays music until midnight. The hotel is great - just make sure you ask for a room on the fifth floor opposite side of the bar! "

"Reception asked if we wanted advice on where to eat, we declined but we only found one restaurant open as most places are closed on Mondays. Mercure has a bar but was closed. Mercure has a restaurant but was closed. The next morning we were asked if we enjoyed are stay and said yes but room was very hot. We were then told air-con will not be installed until end of 2023. Not impressed."

"The hotel staff were outstanding. Not just one person, but everyone who works there. They always had a smile and were willing to help in any way they could. It was nice to receive a public transportation pass for me and my wife for the duration of our stay. We will book this hotel again the next time we come to Lausanne."

"A clean, central hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed in the apartment with basic, tired looking furniture and decor. The shower had an issue but the reception gave us keys to another room with a good, working shower which we could use when we needed."
