"Exceptional stay! This was my best stay through Greek and Italy over the past 2 months. Great location, an easy walk to San Giovanni Train Station, the lake and the town centre. Both the room and the were exceptionally clean and nice and spacious. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Bed and pillows very comfortable, very quiet, great sleep. Charging points and light switches in good convenient locations. Staff friendly and helpful. Would defend stay again and highly recommend! "

"Staff were very efficient and polite. Gave some good places to visit in Stresa. The room was very small, one small chair and no table. Had to use floor to place luggage and belonging. Not a nice room, regretted staying at this hotel!"

"We booked this property based on the economic price and the free shuttle to the Malpensa Airport but were extremely pleased with both our room and the meal we enjoyed at the attached Risyorante. Our room was basic but extremely clean and provided everything we needed. The shuttle was very accommodating and a short drive to the airport. Would highly recommend."

"The staff were very helpful , in particular Maddalena. They booked ferry tickets for me online and gave helpful advice re local restaurants . Always welcoming and cheerful. My single room was small but ideal for one person , with an excellent shower and tea-making facilities ( ie a kettle ) in the room, and a terrace outside accessed via the French windows . I will certainly use this hotel again on my next trip to Como and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it . "

"Overall stay was good, very clean! We booked this place for the sole purpose that it is literally a few steps away from San Siro stadium. We only needed it for one night. Walls are VERY thin, you can hear everything. We heard people’s alarms going off. The bedding is very thin especially for how cold it was the day we were there. Not many food options around besides the restaurant next door and maybe another one a mile down. Not a bad hotel, worked for what we needed. "

"Ibis suited our purpose. Hotel is clean and staff is nice. However, every day our card deactivated and had to get recoded. And the hairdryer doesn’t work for more than 1-2 minutes at a time. These are minor issues. Pluses are good nearby pizza, shuttle bus to/from airport ($5) to catch train into Milan and a decent breakfast buffet. Thank you for our stay!"
