The bathroom was even colder as there was no heating at all. There were electric blankets on the beds which helped a little but we didn't sleep very well. "Authentic Irish guesthouse with an excellent restaurant and pub. The staff was very friendly. Patrick Foley, the owner, is well known in Kinsale for his hospitality. We would definitely stay here again"

"We tried to stay at all different bnb's on our trip ...this was our farmhouse one. It's a nice place.very clean ... wonderful owner very nice lady. "We had a great time here, lots of open space for the 4 kids ages 8-14 to play, make friends. Great horse riding instructors, very patient and careful. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage, it was everything and MORE than what we expected. Fully equipped is an understatement, you could cook, bake, grill outdoors if you wanted to (we did no cooking). We even had an outdoor picnic table and wine glasses."
