"Valor da diária sustentada por um hotel cheio de poluição visual (propaganda)… uma região boa (frente ao lago)… estacionamento desorganizado… banheiro ruim… cama ruim… sem qq “conforto”… café da manhã razoável… (fiquem longe dos ovos mexidos)… esse hotel precisa de uma reforma URGENTE… para atender o público que visita Gramado "

Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again."
