"The rooms were unusually large, and I suggest they advertise that. Its a nice feature. The room has quality furnishings, bedding, better-than-most shower, etc. The hotel is a close distance to the Tulane University. The only drawback, is that the balcony that is advertised--at least on our second floor room--was not worth mentioning and was unfurnished. "

"Everything about my room was perfect. Everything. The concierge, the man at the desk, the maids, the bartenders were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. A lot of construction going on close by so you had to keep an eye on your walking, but even that wasn't a big deal. I will stay here next time I come to New Orleans no question."

"Everything worked fine, facilities and room were kept clean. Rooms are quite small though. I had to wait a while for check-in, as the front desk personnel had been away. Neighbourhood isn't quiet by any means, but at least it's convenient and very close to the French Quarter and other nice places."

Initially, there was an issue with the room I booked and the manager at the location reached out to me to explain and rectified the matter. I was pleased with the breakfast options and this location was in the cut next to a park. I will recommend this location and will book this hotel the next time I come to New Orleans. "
