"I never received a check in email, so I had to call hotels.com the day of my check in, the hotel said they emailed but it was in no fodler including spam, so while we were on the phone they said they emailed it but they actually sent it through whatsapp, so clarity could have been better. The space was clean and well equipped, could use more flat srfaces to put things on in the bedroom and bathroom. The building was very loud, you can hear people wlaking and talking and the elevator going up...

"We spent two weekend nights, we were given room 407 which is right in front of a club and a alimentarios shop open all night. Noisy crowd all night till after 6am. I am sure the hotel knows about that problem. Expedia gold members or not, we felt we were downgraded; our stay in Madrid less enjoyable because of that"

"This was a great hotel to stay in! Good location. The only negative things are the breakfast isn’t that good and there was one man working at the front desk who was not nice at all. Can’t remember his name. However, everyone else was very nice and overall the hotel is great. We would stay here again! "

I did think the rooms could've been a bit bigger but honestly the lack of space is expected when it comes to this particular area. I think this hotel is perfect for a short stay. "It was a comfortable stay with friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small, especailly fora family and the bathroom is very small. But nothing really major to complain about. The proximity to the train station, the friendly staff and the comfortable staff make this a well recommeded place to stay."
