"Post cruise visit to Buenos Aires during the Easter holiday. Quiet neighborhood, very walkable! The weekend street fairs are lots of fun. Lots and lots of restaurants all over. After taking the hop on hop off bus, we knew that Polermo was the right neighborhood for us, and BEN'S made it more perfect! The people running the front desk had all the answers to all of our questions. They also had suggestions for us. ****Note - there are no ATM'S in Buenos Aires. Bring cash and go to a Western Union...

"This hotel is very well located right in the center, close to Florida Street and Palacio Guemes for good shopping, near some excellent restaurants, etc. I stayed here two nights and the room was large, extremely clean and very comfortable. There is a small but adequate gym in the first floor. Check in was smooth and the app allows for keyless entry without any issues. "Super happy with everything except the gym, pool, etc. This was really subpar but totally overshadowed by how the staff were all so incredibly helpful and friendly and the location is EXACTLY where you want to be in Buenos Aires. Loved having a quality breakfast experience each morning to get my day started right. "

The faucet in the shower could not regulate the hot water...maintenance came, but never worked properly. Also, no closet..we were there 8 nights, used kitchenette cupboards for clothes.
