"The reviews were all good at a glance, so I decided to try the place out. The tiny entry & reception area puzzled me but Sam on duty provided a warm and informative welcome. The room seemed a bit Spartan at first, mostly because there is no carpeting - the tiled floor was cold on the feet for winter but would be cool in summer.
