Quite similar to University Halls of Residence, which are let out to summer visitors, except for the outstanding quality and cleanliness of the premises and the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff. "The hotel itself was very good, comfortable and well designed. The only drawback which was very unfortunate was that there is no car park and one is forced to park in the nearby NCP car park. This leads to paying double. This should be clearly stated when booking. If you're planning to stay here, don't bring your car!"

"Used the hotel as visiting Birmingham for a premier league game, firstly great price, good location walking from the train station and fairly easy getting home from villa park. Room was spotlessly clean, fresh and modern. Check in was easy and no stress of keys etc , all done on your mobile phone. Will definitely use again next time I’m in Birmingham. "

"This is a very smart hotel which is kept clean and tidy. It has a very nice bar, a restaurant and leisure club. I only used the bar but did eat there - the menu is very limited but fine for a bar. There is plenty of free parking and breakfast is available - I felt £14 was on the high side for what was an average breakfast. This isn't somewhere you'd stay for the scenery as it's surrounded by roads, railways and is right next to Birmingham Airport. I suspect the airport provides much of its...

"The bed is 406 was really creeky. Also the mattress was very soft. It didn't spoil our stay but a little uncomfortable. No eggs at breakfast on Monday or decaf tea. "
