Stayed over the Comic-con weekend, and staff were nothing but helpful and welcoming. The Tea in the room were perfect for when I wanted to get back from con and just relax with a cuppa in hand. Anyway with that said, amazing stay.

A very convenient and comfortable hotel for the NEC, within walking distance via the airport monorail and covered walkway. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times of the day. Plenty of choice at breakfast and meals in the restaurant were excellent with a relaxing vibe. Great views of the planes taking off, but surprised to find the rooms were not noisy. Would stay here again if visiting the NEC.

Staff were good, and the place is clean. We have stayed there many times before, mainly booked for work trips. However, this trip I was placed in room 105. It’s a room adapted to be disability friendly, which is not necessarily bad, but the bed is about a foot high. It’s also next to the gym, and the treadmills are on the other side of the wall to the headboard. At 6am, the treadmills started, along with the bass-heavy music, and there was to be no more sleep for neither myself nor my husband…. and I was really looking forward to a lie in!
