"I was concerned having read reviews but my experience was much better than expected. The hotel is 6 or 7 minutes walk from both Chatham train station and the Waterfront Bus Station and lots of buses pass the door. reception is simple but professional and, having experienced a quick efficient & friendly registration, walked through a very smart bar restaurant to the lift which worked well. my room, 102 on the first floor, was spacious with separate bath tub and loo. "Room 409 is huge ! And well maintained! Side sea view lovely ! Could only open one off the windows ! Carpet was ok but outside the room needs changing when they get round to it , the hot water wasn’t very hot in the shower ! Otherwise great stay "
