"I do not recommend staying here, me and my family went on vacation and decided to stay here at the hana hotel resort the service here was terrible and they scam people here by giving you towels for free then they sneak into your room and take one or two then they make you pay a way overpriced fee 0/10 do not recommend."

"The room was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating and Gaby& Jochen were so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing as were the dinners, especially with the incredible view. The view of the lake with the volcanos in the background is unbeatable! If you want a peaceful stay in lake atitlan this is definitely the place to be."
