"We stayed here after a night at the theatre. Lovely hotel. You can hear the beat of the music from broad street but it didn’t disturb our sleep and there was no other noise. Great room, great facilities and lovely friendly staff "

"This Novotel has a nice homely feel the moment you walk in with the restaurant, bar and seating areas. Checking was fast and efficient and the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Jus a trio of minor points: the shower gave only a trickle of water (reported at reception and I'm sure they'll fix it), the hotel is noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours of the day causing noise around the clock (but that's to be expected at an airport hotel; I just wish they'd made soft close doors),...

"Excellent location. Close to city, Tigers ground and theatre. Professional welcome on reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. Heating instructions were useful. Bathroom was very spacious with lovely shower and toiletries. Bar area was welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with extra cooked options. All staff were friendly. A great rugby stay at a value for money rate. We will definitely return next season. "

"Second time staying at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint…not always possible but at 11.30 our room was ready and allocated when we checked in … lovely staff in all areas, breakfast was excellent, room was spotless .. the decor around the hotel is stylish and has bham city centre on the doorstep "

I have been staying here each time I come to Leicester and I have also been recommending my friends therefore you have good business on recommendation. However when I called up to request some coffee and some of your lovely cookies I was told by an older gentleman to come down and get it as he cannot leave the reception. I refused to come down and then he said he will bring it up and he did'nt. Little let down from my experience. Would I come...

"We chose Aparthotel as we have a one year old with an early bed time. It was so perfect for us. Reception staff were very warm and friendly, the space was clean and modern with ample space and amenities! We would definitely come back again on our next trip to Birmingham! "
