After I sent them the email of confirmation we were uickly transferred to The Vine, fortunately there was room available there. Our room was beautiful and the staff very helpful. "The hotel is centrally located with access to all the amenities within walking distance. What sets it apart is the unexpected gardens at the back of the property where the accommodation is. A really pretty oasis that is carefully maintained. The accommodation itself is beautifully furnished and a lot of thought and detail has gone in to the added extras that make your stay extra special. "I was welcomed warmly. The property is well maintained and pleasing to be at. My room was well looked after clean and with Towels and shower products well presented. Food was well priced and the drinks available at the bar were really good, with craft ale available. Parking was easily used and close to the rooms."

"I stayed here with my partner for his birthday. Our room was fantastic! Very clean, any small extras that we could of thought of were included such as robes which was a nice touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The luxury of a huge shower and roll top bath was a lovely extra. Mini fridge in room was great to keep a bottle of wine cold. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were available. The cafe/ bakery downstairs was lovely. Coffee was good and cakes/pastries were reasonably priced....
