"Great breakfast and well looked after during the stay."

"The hotel/guest house is ideally situated in a quieter residential area, but still within easy reach of all amenities. The room was clean and bright, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. The service was excellent, if perhaps a little slow, but that did not detract from my experience in any way. The breakfast was ample and well presented. The garden could be given some TLC to improve the outside seating area. I would happily stay here again."

"Wouldn’t recommend at all. Firstly, the accommodation is based on a camp site which is not made clear on the website. The specific area is ok but all a bit run down. The garden in the pictures is shared between all cottages and despite stating pet friendly has a sign saying “don’t let dogs on grass” So yes dogs can stay in cottages but not sure where else they can go? We arrived and our first cottage absolute stunk of damp. We had to be moved and the second cottage was ok. Definitely not 4*...

"From the moment I arrived until we left nothing was too much trouble. I was helped booking restaurants, breakfast cooked fresh every morning, well looked after."

"My wife and I did not like the property and were extremely disappointed with the cottage. The cottage is not luxury as it described online and almost everything needs replacing, apart from maybe a few things, but as we left the next morning, after one nights stay we did not stop to find out what worked and what didn't work."

"I stayed here whilst on a business trip and may I just say what a fantastic B&B. It was immaculate and I was made to feel very welcome by Peter & Caroline who are excellent hosts. The breakfast the next day was incredible and I was very well looked after. Can't recommend this place enough, 5 min walk from the town and the beach. Check it out. Will definitely stay here again. "A very spacious , clean and functional cottage in a very quiet location. Flank by a dairy farm and small holding which had sheep, one cow with calf .. Cow gave us an early wake up call but that's rural life for you. Obviously place was COVID cleaned and loads of materials to keep it clean. Real shame the homely things had been removed but that was a sensible precaution, Great base for Tintagel, Boscastle, Widecombe bay and much more .. We only stayed 3 nights but left amazingly relaxed .. And...
