"One night was not good, other guests were loud and disruptive and knocked on the door at 3:20am. Obviously not the hotels fault but made for a poor night's sleep! The second night was great, no disruption and very comfortable. The shower needed a little bit of temperature adjustment whilst using but nothing too bad. There was a sweater in the wardrobe so not sure how thorough rooms are checked but everything was good. Happy to see paper cups for the coffee and tea as a hotel I used to work at...

"I stayed in this hotel a couple of times over the last 30 years.. location is fantastic, i find the service provided by the staff faultless, they are professional and will do what they can to assist. Breakfast is really good with loads of options. Rooms are good sized but no air con, so in hot weather you have to leave the window open... In summary, whilst this is not a negative review, it does feel like it needs updating in line with some of the other hotel chains in the locale"

"For the relatively cheap price this was an excellent one night stay in a superior double room. Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows, good seating, easy car parking (should be free), friendly and efficient service. We had a meal in the restaurant - the drinks and food came super quick and dinner was very tasty (fish n chips). The waiter / chef was awesome - friendly, efficient, professional, quick, multi tasker and well presented. Issues with our stay - we had to run the shower for about 5 or...

"Everything was fine, wonderful breakfast, stylish and renovated rooms, nice park and the old city center around the hotel. Entrance to private underground parking is a bit tricky - please make sure you understand how to get in"

"This hotel was great! Super friendly staff and the living room was a great place to simply rest and enjoy free coffee. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, but about the same as many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
