The only thing we didn't love was the location but it's very handy for the main train station (Atocha) and the metro is easily accessible so it's not a problem. Thanks again to all the staff!"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is not central, but it was perfect for our short trip to Madrid, with easy access to the airport. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, however, one staff member at breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Despite this, the breakfast buffet itself offered a good variety."
