"It may advertise that it is more than a conference hotel, but it was built to be a conference hotel. The facility is very nice, covered parking, nestled on a hilltop, and well maintained. However, the dining option is a buffet and seating is cafeteria style on long tables. That is great if it is a conference but if you are traveling by yourself, it leave a lot to be desired. Other than the dining situation, it is not a bad big hotel. "

"I arrived very early after a red-eye flight. The greeter was very friendly, checked me in and provided an early room for me. My Con list is longer than my Pro list, but this was a very nice, quiet hotel that overall I enjoyed very much. The Pros: Clean, spacious room, lots of floor space, generous restroom, large window that opens slightly, I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the hallway. "Missed the boat on being excellent because: no English TV., at least one English news channel would seem appropriate. Phone did not work to front desk; dangerous IF emergency arose. Room was ready, clean; shuttle every 30 minutes - good service from hotel to airport. Breakfast well presented in mice surroundings. Ideally located for one night prior to flight home."

"Staff was not around when there were 5 guests including me waiting for check in at 8PM. They only left a sign asking guests to call a local phone number if they require assistance. Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them.
