No place to go to take it easy, no great variety in the breakfast/food, a bit of a party hotel, every morning we found new vomit on the way to breakfast, extremely responsive. Will most likely never stay here again. We stayed here for a week, avoid."

"Great hotel, not too big, large selection of food, great beach at low tide (though not directly next to the hotel), no shelter from strong winds on the beach (e.g. rocks), very friendly staff, nothing to do in the immediate vicinity (except surfing/kitesurfing)."

"The entertainment was excellent especially Wajde in the animation team. The neds and pillows were really comfortable, but the shower was lacking power. "Occidental Jandía is a lovely hotel. We had the Royal Level package, and the selection of food and drinks was great. Lunch and dinner offered a good variety of healthy options. There were plenty of drink choices as well, and the cocktails were especially good. I was also impressed by the staff. There was a waiter named Dani in the Royal Level restaurant who was very kind and took the time to explain a few things about the culture and economy of Fuerteventura and the Canary Islands. Coincidentally, his brother—who works at reception—helped us book a taxi when we were leaving. Cynthia at the front desk also gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived."
