"Overall the hotel was nice . Room was clean and front desk was very friendly . The only gripe I have is that housekeeping was going down the hallway at 9:15 am , no where near the check out time of 11:00 am . Housekeeping need to be mindful that some folks may still be asleep . Other than that , hotel is fantastic "

"Perfect location for Shelter Island, right next to a few restaurants and coffee shop. Very nice house with an entirely new second floor and beautiful bathroom. We stated here for a wedding instead of staying at The Chequit. Got a better nightly rate and much more space than the hotel. I'd recommend this house to anyone venturing out to Shelter Island."
