The only negatives we had was there were bare foot prints in the plush carpet when we arrived, which says they didn't fully vacuum the room. The other was we were offered a ride to the airport the next morning, but were absolutely not told we had to pay the driver. We assumed it was a taxi and the hotel would charge us and pay (or at the least, the taxi would take a cc). Only when we were just outside...
