"The staff was very helpful. Their English is very good. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board on request. Also loanes us an electrical adapter, note- swiss plugs look like German outlets but much thinner prongs. Concierge helped us purchase train tickets. Breakfast was very good with many choices. If you dont see it ask...and leave your room key on the table if you get up, so they know you're returning. Street car is a block away. Lots of stores on Banhoff Strasse. I would stay again."

"If you want to stay in a historic hotel this is it. I really enjoyed the history, architecture, and decor. It's in a great location. My only complaint is that the bed seemed pretty old and it was really hard to adjust the heat so I kept the windows open."
