"An excellent hotel with super service. It was easy to get to from Pisa and allowed a day trip to Florence. The fixtures and fittings were superior and the grounds were very well maintained. We enjoyed our daily breakfasts and sundowners on the terrace of our room. We would certainly return!"

"The hotel is a 1970s building that has not been completely modernised but functions perfectly well. The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is well cared for. The pool area is particularly attractive. Car parking can reach capacity but is needed because on street parking is charged 24 hours a day. The hotel is situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood."

"I was only staying one night in the area and when I found this property, I was very happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Luciana and John at the bar in particular, and the outside areas were lovely. Great Breakfast and lunch there and a lovely setting. Luciana organized an amazing massage in the spa. I had a single room and it was a bit small but loved the outside balcony. I hope to see them again in the future! Grazie Europa! "

"Great location and view! Reception staff member was a gentlemen - nice fellow. We went to dinner and the waitress blatantly ignored us when walking by for 20 minutes (at least 3 passes; and we were ignored even after politely saying 'hello' to her as she walked by). So we walked out and did not eat dinner there - the menu did look good though. Breakfast was average - simple continental breakfast hardly worth mentioning. Room had a few minor problems (toilet seat broken, shower door...

"This is a family owned property. They were very welcoming and friendly. The property is in perfect condition. Everything looks new. They have a wonderful chef at the restaurant. I highly recommend eating there. One of the best I stay in the area. I will for sure book with them on my next stay. 10 out of 10! "
