"Solace Hotel is in a very good and safe spot in the city. The front desk people were very nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were very clean, and our view was pretty good. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk along the river to the Gran Torre Santiago, and there is an amazing view of it from the Hotel rooftop bar/restaurant/pool. Definitely would stay here again if I am ever back in Santiago."

"Great location in modern business district with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Metro stop nearby. Lovely rooftop pool area, though pool itself is shallow. Friendly staff that speaks English. They arranged a reasonable transport to the airport for us. Hotel is in same block as Ritz Carlton "

"We only spent one night on arrival to Santiago here but really wish we had booked our last night here too. The hotel is superb - very comfortable beds, great sized rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel provides transport from the airport which was efficient and well priced. We would definiltely return here for a longer stay in the future"

"The hotel is really very comfortable. The room we booked has a bedroom and a living room and kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious. The staff were attentive and helpful. I just have to point out that I found the breakfast a bit poor compared to the quality of the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and they always served almost the same thing with little variety."

"Nice modern spacious room with comfortable king bed. Complementary water bottle provided. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruits and hot and cold items. Room wasn't made up until late in the day, after 3pm on one day. Area around the hotel was safe."
