"We stayed for a ski break. We had a hire car, and used it for the various ski areas - which worked really well, but there was also ski bus stop150 metres down the road. The beds are really comfortable, the half board food excellent and we loved the friendly and helpful staff. "

"I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. "Don't get me wrong this place was nice and it was a very unique experience, but I wouldn't say it is a "luxury hotel". The views were nice, the staff were really friendly, the pods are cool, and the food was great, but I can name a number of things that could do with improvement and that don't make this place what I would call luxurious: - The pods are a 15min walk from reception all uphill and they don't offer any other means to get you there. - There aren't any formal pathways, just mud...

"Nice chalet style hotel with a nice bar. Quite overpriced though for what you get. The spa is very small and operates on a booking schedule. The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though. All in all, would be a good hotel if it cost half as much as it does now."

"The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open.
